Coming in 2012!

We are in the planning phase for our events in 2012 and need your input! Please contact us through this link if you can help by:
  • hosting a local/regional meeting
  • sharing ways in which Software AG products are being used in new and beneficial ways
  • giving presentations at regional user group meetings or webinars
  • organizing user group events.

In addition to the traditional regional user group meetings, we are exploring other formats including:
  • local brown-bag lunch events at member-hosted locations
  • webinar events
  • Software AG customer-focused events

Keep checking here for new updates and at Software AG's User Group site.

Software AG User Group - North America

The Software AG User Group (SAGGroup) is intended to be a forum for the free interchange of information about Software AG products throughout North America to communicate the users' needs while providing real-world feedback on product enhancements and maintenance.

The mission of SAGGroup is
  • to represent the unique interests of Software AG Customers,
  • to facilitate two-way communication between Software AG and its customer base,
  • and to provide forums and communication channels to complement Software AG functions.

In the Regions...

Regional user group meetings are scheduled throughout the year - watch the meetings page for upcoming events near you at .

Get Involved! A regular feature of regional meetings are the review, discussion and voting on product enhancement proposals. How could this review process be improved to better meet your needs and that of the whole user community? Send a message with your feedback and ideas to your North American Area Rep.

Congratulations to Ray Lundin, our newest member-at-large from TIAA-CREF, on his election to the Committee!

Congratulations also to Jim Buckner, who has been a faithful member of the SAGGroup Executive Committee and the User Group community for many years, on his retirement from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. We will miss your points of view!
